Welcome to Baspex. By signing up for an account or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Account Terms
To access and use Baspex, you must register for a workspace account by providing your email, business name, and business type. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace parameters and local authentication keys. You agree not to use the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized business activities.
2. Services and Workspace Access
Baspex provides a simple business management SaaS designed for billing, inventory, and due tracking. We offer a **30-Day Free Trial** to let you validate the platform. The trial offers professional capabilities to record items, suppliers, customers, and create invoices. Upon trial expiry, the platform locks access to transaction creation, prompting an upgrade to a paid premium tier.
3. Subscription Billing and Renewals
Paid plans are billed on a **monthly or annual basis** depending on your selected billing frequency. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel your plan at any time through your Workspace Settings panel. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid billing period.
4. Database Content Ownership
You retain all rights and ownership over the data, product catalogs, customer databases, sales invoices, and supplier ledgers recorded in your isolated workspace database. We do not claim intellectual property rights over any information you upload or process through the platform.
5. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we reserve the right to modify or terminate the platform (or any part thereof) with or without notice for routine maintenance, updates, or modifications.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with standard corporate commerce regulations, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
